I provide high-level executive coaching on a very selective basis. 
This coaching focuses on management and leadership issues including, but not limited to:

- Conflict management/conflict resolution

- Hiring and termination decisions

- Interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and managers.  

Initial sessions are in-person with follow up sessions available by phone.
