Creating a workplace in which people can do good work, can find meaning in their work, and can share in the rewards of a job well done.

Specializing in Leadership & Management

I specialize in creating workplaces of honesty, openness, and trust.  Employees should be able to share in the rewards - not just the professional and financial rewards, but also the psychological, emotional, and spiritual rewards of a job well done.

Keynote Speeches & Workshops

I have presented keynote speeches and workshops in many different settings and for many different kinds of organizations.  I have spoken at business management conferences for companies such as Xerox, Starbucks, Whole Foods, New Hope Natural Media, Cox Communications, and various hospitals and universities.  I am a Hall of Fame speaker for the Young Presidents Organizations.

I have served on the management training faculty for the Veterans Administration, have led leadership workshops for the Commanding General of the Air National Guard in Washington, have keynoted the Army National Guard Adjutants General conference and have written curricula for a Servant Leadership Academy in The Netherlands.

outlines for presentations are generally as follows:

- Keynote speeches of any length up to 90 minutes
- Half-day workshops up to four hours
- Full-day workshops up to 8 hours

The Fine Print: I now limit my speaking engagements to no more than six a year.  I confess that I'm very selective and only want audiences that seek a transformative leadership message for thier organizations.
Within the U.S. I travel coach class.  Internationally, I travel business class.
